Temple events in October 2018
Fall is officially here and the weather is just about perfect.
Please come join us for these upcoming October events.
Women’s New Moon – Tuesday October 9 – Potluck in the Guest House at 7 pm, followed by “Magickal Moon Braids” workshop.
Material fee of $10 for supplies (3 cords and 2 moon charms.) Instructions free to everyone attending. This event is (currently) Women Only, but we foresee changes in 2019!
Vegas Vortex will be holding their annual Bone Dance on Saturday October 20. Please see their website for details.
Full Moon Ceremony – Wednesday October 24 Potluck at 7 pm in the Pavilion (please bring a dish to share) followed by ritual in the Temple at 8 pm. Following ritual you are welcome to spend some time in the temple, or return to the Pavilion for Second Feast and community conversations, ending around 10 pm. This event is Open to All.
Samhain – Wednesday October 31st – A very special evening of honoring our ancestors. Potluck at 7 pm in the Pavilion (please bring a favorite dish of a loved one who has passed to share) followed by ritual in the Temple at 8 pm. Following ritual you are welcome to spend some time in the Temple or return to the Pavilion for Second feast and shared ancestor stories, winding up around 10 pm. This event is Open to All.
