Hello Family!
I know we have not yet completed March’s events, but I am just SO excited about our upcoming Earth Day!
As in years past, we will begin around 11:00 am setting up our all-day Free Market. There will be a ritual in the Temple at noon, followed by a potluck at 1:00 pm (The Temple will provide Earth Day Cake and both meat and non-meat hot dogs). Activities geared for the entire family will follow from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Currently on the list are:
. Face Painting and Kidz Crafts
. A Reiki Healing Circle
. A Plant Walk
. A Tree Planting Ceremony.
If you have something Earth-related to share, or can help out at the children’s craft tables, please let me know.
Also, we will be able to use the new pavilion this year! Although not completed, it is functional, and we will continue the project as funding becomes available.
Please come check it out! When completed, there will be covered seating for up to 60 people. The area will be available for rituals and potlucks, as well as personal celebrations such as birthday parties, baby showers, wedding receptions, etc., by reservation.
